Information on adults suspected of being at risk as set out in Part 7 of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014. In order to measure the new legal duties in the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014, this has replaced the Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) data return.
