Public Sector Equality Duty
Under the Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED), which forms part of the Equality Act (2010), public bodies in Wales have a duty to publish employment information annually and present it for each of the nine different protected characteristics.
To increase accessibility, accountability and transparency, these data are published in open data format. Welsh Government’s data, which can also be found in its Employer Equality Report, is presented on this page, along with external links to PSED open data published by public bodies in Wales listed under Schedule 19 of the Act.
