Previous definition of standard registration population

Statistics about students enrolled at Welsh Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) taught through the medium of Welsh and also higher education staff teaching through the medium of Welsh. The standard registration population used is as at 1 December each each, as used prior to 2000/01, and includes students up to 2006/07 academic year.
