General description

The information is collected to capture information about the number of new assessments completed for children in secure estate during the year.

A child in the “secure estate” in relation to the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act refers to a child in prisons, approved premises, youth detention accommodation or bail accommodation in Wales.
