Social Services Performance and Improvement Framework

From 2020-21, detailed metrics are collected under the Measuring activity and performance component of the social services performance and improvement framework. The data collected in this component of the framework provides insight into the factors that contribute to the understanding of social care in Wales by providing information and evidence on what local authorities do, how well local authorities are delivering social services in relation to the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 and data on the people that local authorities are working with.
