YearCarmarthenshire updated their data collection methods in 2023-24 for both metrics. Therefore, their data is not comparable to previous years\’ data. <br /><br />In 2023-24, Wrexham captured data on new assessments only.<br /><br />In 2021-22, Swansea was unable to provide data due to issues with their ICT systems. <br /><br />More comprehensive and specialist assessments were required for Monmouthshire in 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23, so didn\’t have an outcome. Therefore, the total for metric CH/007 total does not equal CH/006 for Monmouthshire, and Wales.[Filtered]
