Part 2 Measure statistics show, by Welsh LHB and service area, the number of patients who had a valid Care and Treatment Plan (CTP); the number of patients who were in receipt of secondary Mental Health services (i.e. the ‘caseload’); and the percentage of patients who had a valid CTP.
