Data collection and calculation
While extensive efforts have been made to gather reliable and accurate information from local authorities, 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19 data remains imperfect.Caerphilly was unable to provide data in 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19.
In 2017-18 Newport was only able to provide data up until the 6th March 2018. This was due to Newport migrating to a new ICT system during the year. The Vale of Glamorgan was unable to provide data in 2017-18. This was due to technical issues with their ICT systems.
