The figures in this table are based on information collected from awarding organisations for the school performance exercise and have been checked by schools. The data shown is collected annually after the end of year exams have been completed. The data is shown from 1996 and is updated each year to show the latest academic year's results. Each year refers to the academic year, for example from 1st of September 2014 to the 31st August 2015.
