This dataset table shows personnel employed by the Fire and Rescue Service in Wales (headcounts) by age, gender and employment type.

Data collection and calculation

The data are collected annually by the Welsh Government from all three fire and rescue services in Wales. See weblinks for forms and guidance.

Financial years from 2004-05, although age breakdowns are only added from 2006-07
